MIL overstepping her boundaries

My MIL is constantly overstepping and judging everything that we do with our kids. Lately she has upped her game by sending me videos on how goldfish are bad for you, how to play with my kids, and the most recent is over vaccinations and what they cause. I can’t not win with the woman. My husband is vaccinated, and so I am. I don’t understand why she sends me this stuff or judges what we do with our kids. She doesn’t say anything or send videos to my husband. I want to cut contact or at least go low contact with her. However, I feel terrible for my kids and my husband. My husband is an only child, he has no family here except for his parents. My kids love their grandparents. What do I do?
