Contracted my first yeast infection, does this mean my husband is cheating on me?

I’m 30 years old and I’ve never had a yeast infection until recently. I’ve haven’t had any major changes, it seems to come out of no where. My husband and I have been together for 9 years. Is this a sign that my husband is sleeping with someone else? Everything with my husband is great and there aren’t any signs he’s cheating, but I’ve never in my 30 years had a yeast infection.

Yeast infections can happen from bad nutrition like having binged in a lot of breads, sweets and/or alcohol the past week or two. It can also be triggered by perfumes in new laundry detergent. It could also be that your husband had it and passed it to you. Men get it naturally too. 
There’s a lot to it. Read up on it and just try and add probiotics to your daily supplements.

I’m 30 and didn’t start getting them until this year after being on antibiotics for a while. You can get YIs from anything. Wear loose clothing, cotton panties during the day and air it out at night, get diflucan from your dr, drink plenty of water, cut down sugar intake, and pick up some monistat. You’ll be fine. Definitely not a sign that your hubby cheated on you.
