TTC new to this need advice

I’m ovulating my husband and I are trying for a baby we are having sex every day of this ovulation period I know we should not get our hopes up the first go around I was just wondering if there are any signs or symptoms that sex was successful that I should be looking for? He’s never came in me before now we are ultra safe lol but since the 3 days he has been cumming in me there has been a change in my discharge and I’ve been cramping I’m hoping good signs but aside from tracking my period and ovulation I’m kinda not experienced in all of this since my goal before now was avoiding pregnancy til we were ready my discharge has been the proper consistency and his sperm according to everything we read is like the perfect combination for baby making lol any and all advice is appreciated plz spread some baby dust for me 😭💕🥰
