Second Opinion??

Alright, I need some advice here. I went in for an ultrasound appt 2 weeks ago after I found out I was pregnant. At that appt, the gestational sac was measuring only 6 weeks along so they told me to come back in 2 weeks.

I went in yesterday (Thursday) for that follow up appt and size of everything was the same, only yolk sac was visible, and no sign of a fetus. According to the first measurement from 2 weeks ago, I should be 8 weeks along.

Some noteworthy things:

- Tuesday I woke up to some bleeding. Nothing too excessive, no clots, but was two full wipes of red blood

- By Thursday all of my symptoms stopped (tender breasts, frequent urination, and feeling tired)

- This will be my second miscarriage (first one was Feb 2023)

They tell me it’s a miscarriage but I haven’t had a single wipe of blood since Tuesday. They want me to take a pill to start the process but I’m really struggling to do it because I’m not bleeding or cramping.

Any advice??
