Not ovulating?

According to my Flo app I’m on cycle day 7, period ended on Sunday. I have been tracking my cycle since and I have not ovulated yet🥲. It gets me a little worried to think I might not be ovulating😭

A new cycle begins on the first day of a period, so if you’re currently on CD7, that means the first day of your period was 7 days ago. Ovulation doesn’t typically happen until CD12-CD14. Most of us typically start testing for ovulation around CD10.

How long are your cycles? I had a 25 day cycle and didn't ovulate until about the 12th day. You ovulate 2 weeks before the start of your next period typically.

Ovulation is typically in the middle of your cycle. So day 7 would be way too soon
