Naughty toddler!

My daughter is 2 and she is very naughty

Crying out method is out of the picture cause this little girl does not give in but just make her self in very bad shape from crying

She is not napping

Not drinking milk

When we go out she won’t sit in buggy and won’t walk with us it’s her way or she goes into a tantrum and then you are dragging her out of the shopping screaming and every on looking

Night time bed routine is out the window she now cries and I have to wait until she falls asleep

I have no idea what to do

She eats and her nappies are fine

But her behaviour is terrible

She hits or tries to bite and grabs hair

I don’t understand where we went wrong ??

Anyone in the same position or had this did it get better or worse

She can be lovely but not always
