Worried about about blood and urine sample

I just had blood work and a urine sample done today (at 7weeks) prior to my first prenatal visit in a little over a week. The urine sample came back with abnormal squamous epithelial cells.

In my blood my white blood count was high and a few other things that when I looked up what that could mean it said infection.

I had a bit of a sore throat last night but no fever.

Should I be concerned?

When I looked up squamous epithelial cells in urine it came back that it could be an indicator of HPV caused cancers.
