PP Periods

I’m 9 weeks PP and am on my second period. The cramps are excruciating and I’m bleeding like crazy. I’m nauseous too. I have to put towels down everywhere I sit or lay so I don’t bleed through on anything and have on some days had to change out my clothes because I bled through them. I soak up super pads every 1-3 hours. When I go to the bathroom or shower it’s like a murder scene. This is day 7 and I’m still bleeding. Is this normal? If so then when will my periods start to level back out? My first PP period wasn’t like this. This is tttttoooooo much. The pain is so intense that it takes away from me being able to fully enjoy caring for my daughter. I feel so bad about it!
