Annoyed !

Currently I have a 8yr old 1yr old & 1 month old. Yesterday I sent my mom a photo of my 1 month old lifting his head up and looking around she instantly replied “he looks like he’s advanced and moving out the way for another baby” I just kinda laughed it off and she proceeded to say I need to stop being a rabbit .. my family been making a joke about me having 2 under 2. I don’t see the issue of having my 2 littles close in age especially if they’re well taken care of. I’m a sahm and my kids doesn’t even know my mom since she never comes around. I just feel like if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all.
