Stupid question but worried 😩

So I was painting my nails and I used a q tip and put it in some nail polish remover (the one with acetone in it) to remove the excess polish that got on my skin. When I got to my pinky, it burned a little (I have a hang nail there and I think it tore off a bit to where it made a small wound if that makes sense) and now I’m worried that since it burned that the acetone got into the wound and is going to affect my baby (I’m currently 5 weeks) I know this is stupid but I’m a bad overthinker and just need some reassurance 😭
