Sneakpeak might be lost ??? HELP

I sent my Sneakpeak out on Tuesday. It has not had any updated via tracking number since I dropped it off. I went to the post office and they told they don’t know where it is and could still be in our state. It’s suppose to be delivered today to Sneakpeak.

They said if it’s truly lost I can’t claim it for $30 days! Do you think Sneakpeak could help and send a new one? If I wait 30 days what’s the point I’ll get my scan by that point any way. So am I just out the money?
