Does this mean labor is approaching?

Hello

I’m currently 39 weeks and 3 days. Yesterday, while I was sleeping on my side I started experiencing uncomfortable cramps that would come and go and some of them would make me stop doing anything.

And these cramps started to occur more since I reached half of week 38.

Plus I noticed my stools changed (started getting upset stomach more leading to diarrhea.)

Do you think these cramps are sign of my cervix dilating?

(Noticed only increased clear whitish discharge and no mucus plug or bloody show)
