Should sex be painful?

Every time me and my boyfriend have sex, it hurts when he first enters me but once we get going, the pain kinda goes away. But there’s always some blood and then I cramp for a few days after and continue spot bleeding or having a double period in the same month. 
Is this normal? Should I see a doctor?

i’d maybe get checked if you can. i have really bad pain and can’t have sex and had to get checked out. obviously yours is different but it could be helpful because something else could be going on or they could give you advice on what to do to change that? i went to planned parenthood as it was the cheapest option i could find. i was scared but they were super sweet and understanding to me when i went so i hope that helps a bit and i hope you figure it out!
