Mefenamic acid while TTC

Hello,

After a 13 week MMC in early November last year, me and my partner are going to be TTC this next cycle (CD1 is any day now) but I have been given Mefenamic acid to control pain and blood loss as my periods since my loss have been HORRENDOUS! Has anyone had any experience with Mefenamic acid while TTC? It’ll also be my first month using opk’s and testing bbt to try figure out my ovulation dates as I have NO close on when I ovulate. I only have 1 week a month where I don’t have awful cramping and pelvic pain so it’s kind of hard to track ovulation

I’m also on CD37 and 3 days late for my period 😒
