Has any one been through this ?

I’ve been spotting while on the implant for jus under 9 months and due to it getting to my mental health I had the implant removed this year on the 20 th Feb but this is where I get confused I had intercourse a day or 2 before getting it removed I was still spotting light pink blood 3 days after having this out it stopped on the 23rd but I had also been experiencing light cramps and headaches feeling bit nauseous I though it may have been my period about to start but still Nothink I’ve done some home pregnancy test but all negative and I’ve have had 2 positive home blood tests so I don’t know what to make of it like if an when I have caught an I wouldn’t know how many dpo I am cause I’ve not had a proper cycle but as days go by the symptoms are coming on a lot strong let like now I’m needing to pee quite a lot like getting up in the night n never used too feeling nauseous against certain smells should I wait it out little longer or keep testing to find out if I have caught or not ??
