Please tell me I’m just seeing things

Might be me being paranoid but I feel like I see a super faint line. My period is due in 3 days but I have been having a lot of symptoms like nausea, strong sense of smell, bloating, sore breast, my lower abdomen feels tight, lower back pain and fatigue . I’m on the Apri pill but I was on antibiotics for a while and I’ve read it can affect the birth control. I have 2 kids and do not want any more so I’m freaking out.
