Ectopic & What’s happening now

On February 2nd, I was rushed in for emergency surgery as I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy which then results in me having to have my left tube also removed… We were told the chances of us falling pregnant again especially due to now only have 1 tube and husband also having fertility issues, would be extremely difficult but not impossible…

Fast forward a couple of weeks after the surgery and I had bleeding - as expected after ectopic or any miscarriage but I don’t know whether to take that as a period as well or purely just as a bleed and the expect a period not long after? I don’t know. All I know is this morning I woke up and my boobs are absolutely killing me! So uncomfortable, so I’m either getting a period or could I possibly be pregnant again? Would it be too early to test?
