Constant uti and yeast infections

Clancie

I’m just wondering if anyone is going through the same situations I’ve been through these past year,

A couple months ago (I wanna say June of 2023) I got a uti or to what I believe to be a uti, constantly having to go to the bathroom every 3 minutes, burning after peeing the basics to point to one. I ended up going to the er a month after that due to trying at home over the counter remedies, I’ve tried the azo uti medication, baths with apple cider vinegar, cranberry juice and some probiotics that I found on Amazon after reading an article about another woman that would constantly have uti. Everything I was doing just wasn’t working so finally I went to the er and they tested me for everything, chlamydia, std, uti as well as a yeast infection and everything came back negative. They prescribed me with some clindamycin and said that should clear it up; it didn’t. I took the medicine as directed and it cleared up for a couple weeks but it was still kinda there just not as bad. In December I went again for the same issue but this time I had a female doctor which was better than the last time cause she could understand what I was saying, she prescribed me fluconazole and another antibiotic. When she did the test again on me, still everything came back negative. Took the medicine and it cleared for for another couple weeks. January of this year I noticed I was having more difficulty this time. This come around it was itching bad, swollen, discolored discharge, a smell and peeling on my outer lips from the irritation, some of the issues I though were from my period as I was just getting off but I still knew something was wrong. I went to the er again because of how badly swollen I was and not being able to walk with the discomfort, this time they finally got the results back positive for a uti and a yeast infection, again they prescribed me antibiotics and fluconazole. I took the medicine and it cleared up again for a couple weeks, I just started my period again and now I’m having the same issues I was having in January; I’m almost off my period and things are looking the same as they were in January. At this point I’m really unsure about what I’m doing wrong, I don’t have insurance so I can’t find a gyno just yet until I’m able to file insurance where I work. Basically the whole moral of this story is to ask if anyone is going through the same thing I am, I just think it’s coincidentally only when I’m about to get off my period every month, also does anyone have any recommendations that I could try that has helped them with the same issues🙇🏻‍♀️❤️
