HELP!! piercing bump popped and idk what to do

hi! so i got a conch piercing back in january, and about a month ago i noticed a small bump. it kept getting bigger, and today when i was cleaning my piercing my bump popped. now, i had like a flap of skin just over where the bump was and it’s just kinda hanging there, and there still looks like there’s a small bump underneath the skin. i now am at a loss of what i should do about this bump and how to treat it. thank you sm!
