4weeks 1 day dark brown spotting

So I’ve had my hCG blood levels checked over the past two days because I’ve been having period like cramps and dark brown spotting. My first draw was 60 and my second was 225 so, according to my doctor my levels look great. I am concerned though about the cramping and spotting when I wipe. Last time I had this I miscarried. I’ve had 4 miscarriages back to back and I’m afraid this will be a 5th. Has anyone ever had cramping, & spotting & went on to have normal pregnancies?
