Lh surge help please!

Is it normal to have 2 LH surges in a cycle?

I know LH fluctuates throughout the cycle but I’ve never had this dark of a test that wasn’t my peak?

I typically have my peak around CD 14… but I had a surge on CD 10 and then my actual peak on CD 21??
