What is going on here bbt chart

Hi!

I didn’t take my before readings because I’ve been super busy but I really wish I had! I took for granted that I would ovulate on day 18/19 like I usually do but it was much later as seen in the chart, I also had my peak LH on day 25 and other physical symptoms around that time including ewcm. I had an ectopic early November and have just started trying to conceive after getting the green light.

Can anyone tell me why my chart is staying so high? Or wtf is going on 😂
