Cd 10? O symptoms?

My cycles range from 28-33 days and tend to ovulate cd 16-19. I woke up and noticed egg white discharge. We had sex last night so I assumed it was leftover (I did question if it could be cervical mucus). I’m on CD 10, opk negative this morning. My app says my fertile week is the 23-29. I went to the bathroom tonight and more discharge. Now, I feel my typical O cramps/pinching I get before ovulation. opk tonight was negative too. I guess what I’m asking is do I go by the app, or listen to my body/gut and have sex daily/every other incase this is my week!?
