Ingrown? Pimple? I need help!!

Hey guys I really need your help, I have had this massive spot on my inner thigh/bikini line and have no idea how to get rid of it. It’s not causing me pain but it’s always there and I am worried that it hasn’t gone away… I don’t think it’s an ingrown but if it is can anyone tell me how to remove it?!

Looks like it could be Hidradenitis suppurativa, would suggest to stop using shavers. Warm water compressions also tea tree oil should get rid of it. Try not to pick at it.

I used to get these when I was shaving. I then changed to waxing and it minimized the ingrown but you can still get them. The waxing place was European Wax Center and they sell an ingrown medicated pads. I would use those when I felt an ingrown and they helped. My husband likes using them too lol you can buy them online. I got tired of waxing and started laser hair removal treatment 2 years ago. I haven’t had an ingrown since. My hairs are not completely gone though I still need more treatments but now I have to wait because they don’t do treatments if you’re pregnant. My hairs grow at a very slow rate and it’s very minimal so I don’t feel insecure.
