Born at 37 weeks
I just wanted to share my birthing story. I’ll keep it short and simple, spent half of my labor at home. Felt like Braxton hicks, they were painful but I was able to walk around and talk through them. I escalated quickly at the hospital(roomed next to my cousin that gave birth only a day before) another girl was giving birth so my midwife went to see her as it was her second child(they though since it was my first baby, it would take longer) I had my mom and husband in the room and told the nurse to get my midwife, that I felt I had to push. She left to go get here and by the time they got back(under 4 minutes) my baby was on the hospital bed. Honestly, thankful for a quick and easy labor. But traumatized after being in shock and no one catching my baby…
