about my 3 old baby!

hello everyone , I’m Tavga from United Kingdom ,I’m 30 years old I have 2 babies they are 3 years and 2 years old , the older one is not talking at all ,he’s sometimes saying bababa mamama and keep saying mmmm or eeee , I mean he’s just uttering these strange sounds and nothing else ,what shall I do please help me ?? give me some informations I need some people’s experience that went through same situations , I’m very sad that he is not talking and he has lack of understanding what shall I do ?😔
