Super itchy

Hi so I’m 27 weeks pregnant 4th pregnancy and my body is itchy all over the place it’s been going on for about 3 or 2 months know brought up to doctor was just told to moisturize more however it’s just an itchiness I can’t get away from it feels so severe I could literally make myself bleed just super uncomfortable what can I do ? I already moisturize with coconut oil and then lotion
