Bleeding but doubling hcg?

Did anyone else bleed/spot both red and brown for awhile in early pregnancy? I have been bleeding since implantation (3 weeks) and thought I was having a miscarriage but just found out my hcg has doubled and is seeming to progress. It is making me very confused but also very nervous!

I have been bleeding from I was 4 weeks! I’m now 9 weeks 3 days and still spotting… it ranges between light pink and bright red and it’s usually when I wipe … baby’s fine and I listen to heartbeat every morning but I’m still terrified of something happening 😩
