I think I’m going through a miscarriage :(

I’m supposed to be 7 weeks today. Yesterday had really bad (what I thought were) gas pains. They only lasted for a few minutes. This morning woke up to blood. I’m bleeding, it’s not a lot, the blood is red and no clots. Dull cramping and lower back pain. Took a test and the line is getting lighter. I’m so upset. We did the sneak peek test and found out yesterday that it was a girl. OBGYN office closed for the weekend so can’t confirm. My first appointment is April 8th. Pretty sure I’m having a miscarriage unfortunately.
