New father not maturing

New mom here who still breastfeeds.

We just moved really far away from any family so my only support is through the father. I feel like the only one parenting while dad gets to be drunk or high whenever he wants. My life completely changed the day I found out I was pregnant and it only slightly changed for my partner.

I’ve tried talking to him and his response is always “ive tried telling you to go out” “this isn’t my fault.”

Any advice how I can still have fun and be responsible. Or making dad more responsible.
