Symptoms this early??

I’m sure my mind is playing tricks on me. I’m only 3 weeks and 3 days along according to the app, which means I should not really be having symptoms at this point besides like maybe sore breasts.

I have:

Extremely sensitive nipples, I’m exhausted, out of breath, and my smell is off already.

Does anyone else have symptoms this early? If my mind isn’t messing with me, I’m really nervous that this pregnancy is going to be much more difficult than my first one 🥴

I didn’t have hardly any symptoms with my first except awful food aversions and fatigue in the first trimester.
