Severe Constipation While Pregnant

Have any mom’s dealt with severe constipation while pregnant? Been getting what I thought was morning sickness but I also read being constipated can cause vomiting. Currently 13 weeks have not pooped a real poop in almost 2 weeks - taken miralax for 3 days straight now, drank prune juice. But feel so backed up that I can’t keep things down currently. Should I go to urgent care? I am so uncomfortable, reached out it to my triage nurse, left a voicemail and it stated they would reach back out within 24 hours.
