Period like bleeding

Has anyone had period like bleeding the first month of pregnancy and later found out they were pregnant? I had a “period” that came on time last month bled a lot like my regular periods and last time I had sex was February took a test and I am pregnant. My periods are regular, I am freaking out now I am wondering if it will be healthy or not? What was your experience if you had something similar
