Would it seem weird if I did this?

I’m getting a puppy from a lady and we’re supposed to meet tomorrow. I sent an email to confirm a little over an hour ago but haven’t received a response which is fine. I’m sure she’s busy. She also had her phone number listed on the ad so would it seem weird if I send her a text after I’ve already emailed her

Since it’s now the end of the day {where I live anyway it’s 6PM} I would send her a text. 
I’d say I’m sorry to bug you as you’re likely busy and I did send an email earlier but I’m just wanting to confirm everything is still on for tomorrow at x time and x location! 
ESPECIALLY if you’ve already put money down for this pup.
