Voluntary repo on car
Long story short I’m a newly single mother trying my best to keep things in order I can no longer afford my car due to other bills I am considering voluntary repossession of my car I owe 12k and the car is probably only worth 3k now maybe ? Has anyone been in this situation ? I am terrified they will garnish my wages or attempt to put a lien on my home
