Check please?

My brain won't let me see anything but a bad indent but my sister is insisting I need a first response cuz she's suspicious it real. I need a neutral set of eyes lol. I'm 7 days late. I haven't been this late since before I had my first child. After I gave birth, they're pretty regular - give or take or day or two on rare occasions. Been nauseous periodically throughout the day for over a week. Temperature has raised. I don't know what to think. This was my last cycle before I get on meds for my MS that don't allow for pregnancy. I really wanted one more child but my MS is getting bad so I can't really wait any longer. It's a really cruel joke if this is not what I hope it is.
