Too much pee! Help!!

So my 9 month old is sleeping for longer stretches at night, finally; 8-10 hours at a time usually. My problem is that he pees SO much that he is consistently soaking through his diaper, so he wakes himself up because it soaks through his sleeper and he gets wet and cold. This only became an issue once he learned to roll back to front, and now he prefers to sleep on his tummy.

Are there “overnight” diapers in his size (3), and do they actually work? Does anyone have any ideas other than waking him up to change him…?🥴
