Bed Accident

Okay so my son will be 6 months tomorrow and he has been extremely active every since he’s started semi crawling. So I wanna say last week or the week before I walked out of the room super quick and he took a fall off the bed. He cried of course for a little but he was okay. Today he took another fall and I feel so bad because I should have just put him in his play pen. My anxiety has been through the roof because this is his second fall and I start overthinking so many things that can happen to him. Any advice? Should I be worried? I’m going to mention it to his doctor tomorrow when he goes!
