i’m just beyond lost and need insight if you have it

* maybe tmi *hey i’m really just needing advice i don’t have a ton of friends or people to ask about this. my period ended 4 days ago tuesday night at 3 am so technically wednesday morning i started having cramping so i went to the bathroom and noticed i had pink blood with tissue in it ? i went to the er last night because of the cramps they did blood work told me to follow up with gyn i called today they can’t get me in until the 9th. besides the bleeding and cramping it also feels like a knife is inside my vagina turning ? it’s strange i’ve never had this before. my fiance has a vasectomy. i’m just wondering if im alone or if anyone’s had experience with it ? the reason i was worried and am confused is i sent a picture of it to my mom before the er and thats why i ended up going. my last pap smear i tested positive for HPV (they literally explained nothing to me about it im only 22 and have did the research i could and i also had my pap come back abnormal so im supposed to have another pap this year. ) don’t know if anyone can answer anything but id love any insight

its happening every time i go the cramps are worse today and it feels like a knife in my vagina but like close to the top so i guess cervix ? idk im so confused.
