Bloating and sharp pangs that last 1 second

Hi all, I’ve been having some bloating & I typically don’t bloat this often once 2 days ago and now I’m waking up bloated again, I’m supposed to start my period exactly a week from today, I also could have a small chance of being pregnant. But I also have been having like these sharp pangs that last like 1 sec in the area circled in black but it’s kinds more centered and it’ll happen even when I’m not bloated but more so after I have like a pop
