Chafing help!!!

Ok y’all, I am 5’6” and currently 190lbs. I’ve e started walking every night and I’m trying to do at least 3 miles plus I’m only having one soda a week. Drinks are normally my biggest calorie intake so I’m trying to be careful. However I am chafing SO BAD on my way upper thighs to the point I only did two miles tonight.

(Picture of me a couple weeks ago vs a picture of me Halloween of 2019) I used to be a lot smaller but after my second baby I have just had a really hard time losing weight. Now, I’m wanting to get some sort of shorts or SOMETHING that will stay put and prevent chaffing. Any ideas?
