Track after marriage?

Hello!
I am getting married this month and I kind of want to get off birth control. Does anyone have any opinions on how long after the mini pill did you get pregnant? Also, is tracking your ovulation a pretty effective birth control method? TIA!

I believe it’s 70%+ effective, when used correctly. I don’t personally recommend using it as your only prevention method if you’re not wanting a baby right now since you can ovulate earlier or later than expected even and sperm can live inside you up to 5 days per sex (which to me seems like a possible time bomb for pregnancy), plus the user errors in actually confirming ovulation (staying on top of accurate tracking, using devices correctly, etc.) You can get pregnant immediately after stopping or it can take a while (can take a healthy couple up to a year).
