Can my marriage survive?

If my partner can’t forgive me for cheating once 6 years ago and he was on 9 dating sites for the whole 17 years of our dating and marriage. I just learned about him being on those sites 6 years ago

I have forgiven him for what he’s done despite he’s still doing shady shit.

We been in counseling for 6 years. Divorce has been recently brought up.

He didn’t fully fess up to much about the dating sites just he needed a boost in his image and he was constantly looking up 1 woman we know on Facebook cos he liked her posts that’s all the answers I’ve ever gotten.

Will our marriage survive if he won’t ever get over it? (Those are his words he will never ever get over it)
