Robitussin non drowsy w Motrin?

So my kids have a bad flu I always gave my kids some robitussin non drowsy with some Tylenol or pain reducer my kids are a bit older now 6,&8 and somehow my son reacted a bit strange and now I’m like freaking out he came in my room like shaking and scared it just looked very scary I’m just hoping he is ok I gave them both the recommend dosage of both bottles should they be ok ? It is a strong flu that had me all out of wack even with taking something for fever so I’m just hoping it was that and not a reaction to the medications ive been keeping a close eye on them to make sure they both ok
