Breakthrough bleeding or fibroids ?

I’ve been having breakthrough bleeding (from missing pills) for an almost two weeks now off and on. Currently Waiting on my period as I’m on my 7day break from birth control so for the past few days it’s just been light brown fluid. Is bad bloating a side effect of this as well? I look 3 months pregnant (on a slim person, which I am) I’ve been looking online and wondering if I have fibroids. Yesterday I had sex it was as a bit uncomfortable, I thought it was because I’m spotting my body just going thru the works. I did wake up with back pain which I figured was from sex but we didn’t do anything out the norm. I am tired but that’s usually a norm around period time. I have been eating alot gained 2-3 pounds which was almost impossible. So that’s bleeding between periods, back pain, pain during sex, bloating, fatigue. 😫😫😫 I am stressed!! I took a pregnancy test one week after I had unprotected sex when I missed the pills and started bleeding it was negative.
