Nervous about my hCG levels

I had my hcg checked at 4 weeks 6 days and it was 933. On Friday at 5 wk 1 day it was 2436. I have yet to make it to 12 weeks in the last 3, so I'm anxious and nervous. Anyone had similar numbers and how did things turn out
