Yeast infection won’t go away!!

Im 21 weeks pregnant and pretty much my entire pregnancy I’ve had a yeast infection that just wont go away ☹️ I’ve been taking everything my OB has prescribed and nothing has worked. Any recommendations?? She also checked for BV and nothing.
