First Ultrasound—Only Saw Fluid

I went in for my first appointment Friday. I had taken two pregnancy test and they both almost instantly showed positive. My last cycle started on March 26th and has been irregular these past 4 or so months so would have probably started between April 27-30. The doctor ordered an ultrasound and the tech only saw fluid. Doctor said I could just be too early since she did see the fluid but I have had two miscarriages before (one in 2014 and one in 2020)..so of course my mind is going there. I haven’t had any symptoms of a miscarriage..no bleeding or cramping or pain..I’m actually still feeling pregnant..tired, sore breasts, bits of nausea. They did draw blood on Friday and said I would hear something today..but I never did. So, I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and had it turn out in a healthy pregnancy or just any opinions at all really.
