Pressure 20wks

Is it normal to feel pressure in lower abdomen right above pubic bone when standing at almost 20wks pregnant? My last pregnancy was over 3yrs ago so i don’t recall feeling this. I can say i’ve been feeling her moving in that area a lot so maybe it’s just where she’s laying? i had an ultrasound done 2 days ago & she was measuring 5 days ahead & was head down (which we know changes lol). i will be asking my doctor for a cervical check on the 21st at my appt , but just wanted to ask here too!
