Please help

I had my period a couple of days ago but lasted 2 days which is not normal for me. I did a clear blue today and I can see a very faint positive line. So I’ve been so stressed all day. I’ve done another with red dye because I read it’s easier to tell. I’m just wanting someone else to look and tell me if I’m going insane
